CATERPILLAR
Belt caterpillar is specially designed for constant pulling of cable without creating any strain on the cable. Independent gripping roller system is able to adjust the irregularities of the cable. Range is available in pneumatic pressure, cable pulling by pneumatic cylinders, controlled with solenoid valves to ensure light pressure on cable due to pulling operation.
AUTO COILER
N.M.I. It is automatically controlled with panel and driven by 5 HP AC motor. Counter pulley and pneumatic break is also provided to get the desired length of wire. traverse unit is fixed to wind layer winding along with this double safety measures are provided as proximity and limit switches. disc break used for fast breaking to get high accuracy. double moving disc is given for fast coil shifting.
EXTRUDERS
The NEW MAX extruder series comprise of various machine sizes with screw diameters of 32mm to 150mm. The extruder range is available as per different types of compounds for cables. PVC, PE, XIPE, HDPE, Id and nylon are used for insulation, sheathing, skinning of cables like power cables, control cables, signaling cables, auto cables and telephone cables.
